Are you asking if this is included in the SQL MP or not?

I would use MPviewer, or export the MP using “get-managementpack | export-managementpack –path c:\backup” then search the XML for a 17063 and look at the workflow expressions.

Subject: [msmom] SQL Error

I was asked by one of our DBA to see if SCOM would pickup severity:16 error 5000 message by default. The message was written to the application log but SCOM isn’t picking it up. Can anyone explain why? Do I have to create a custom monitoring for this? Thank you.
