Will ACS work in this scenario?

As long as there is a 2-way transitive trust in place, you’ll simply need a Domain Admin account in Domain A to install the agent. Usually a local admin will do it but since it’s a DC, Domain Admin is required.

Subject: [msmom] SCOM Agent on Domain Controller in Another Domain
I have a question I wanted to ask bout configuring the SCOM agent in the following scenario:
The SCOM servers are in Domain B. We have Domain controllers in the A domain that we want to install the SCOM agent on.
B.A.com is an example our domain structure. There are trusts in place for the domains. What would be required to get the SCOM agent to run on the A domain controllers?
