Dropped connections cause the user session to go away on the host sytem. You can certainly run these inside the SCMDM VPN tunnel.

We are working on closer integration with SCMDM so devices can be provisioned with the native Window Mobile client or granted access to the HTML/AJAX emulator or web apps that access host data through our server.

The Redfly device appears to be the perfect interface for terminal access. Most devices are too small to easily use the full terminal interface. Because of the limited screen area, most customers opt for targeted web apps to minimize user interaction with the host screens and improve the workflow. I ordered a redfly yesterday to use for testing. Maybe I can start leaving my laptop at home now when I travel ; ).
