&lt;p&gt;Would you be willing to share the video for your desktop team? I have been trying to educate some of ours, seems to be a fighting battle :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have seen this too many times, as the advert never failed, didnt think too much of it either, I did try and find out how to resolve it but didnt get very far, would be interested to find out the cause.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I agree, what you wrote above will work great. &amp;nbsp;It is just not a NOW solution.&lt;/p&gt;
