Another quality document is available from the Microsoft Australia Team of Martin McClean and Astrid McClean providing Conceptual Detail on Exchange 2007 in a large poster format.  Specifically, this Exchange 2007 Component Poster (in .PDF Format) provides a detail diagram for each of the Exchange 2007 Server Roles (Mailbox Server Role, Client Access Server Role, Hub Transport Server Role, Edge Transport Server Role and Unified Messaging Server Role) along with Conceptual detail on Monitoring Exchange 2007.
