System Center Configuration Manager TechCenter

The preliminary System Center Configuration Manager TechCenter has been launched!  It's not quite finished yet, but keep checking back for updates and new information. This will be the main site for Configuration Manager information in the future (yes, the docs are there Smile).

The TechCenter can be used to:
  • Download and try the Release Candidate (available on Microsoft Connect)
  • Learn about the product through webcasts and virtual labs
  • Learn about the product by reading the online documentation

Check out the TechCenter: http://technet.microsoft.com/configmgr/default.aspx

Configuration Manager 2007 RC Documentation Published to Technet

The Configuration Manager 2007 Documentation Library has been updated and published to Technet. The documenation has been updated and many new topics have been added or completed since Configuration Manager 2007 Beta 2 so if you're interested check it out!

We've worked very hard on this documentation set and tried to anticipate your documentation needs as best we can, but we know it's still not completed and could use your help to make it better.  You can let us know what you're looking for that isn't there yet by e-mailing smsdocs@microsoft.com. We know we need to do better on reporting and troubleshooting, but what else would you consider very important that you aren't finding in the documentation? If you're looking for something in the help and have a hard time finding it (good benchmark is you're over 4 minutes searching for it) then let us know about it and we'll try to make the content you're searching for more easily discoverable.

As always, your feedback is appreciated (good or bad) so send your comments to smsdocs@microsoft.com!
