Microsoft User Research is looking for IT professionals to participate in a user research study.  The purpose is to learn from those who perform IT services for their company; such as routine server maintenance tasks, various levels of troubleshooting, daily server, network or desktop management, and the planning and implementation of technology.  Someone from the research team will meet with you at your office to learn from you, the expert, in order to determine what needs to be improved in the software.  This opportunity gives you the chance to describe your needs and meet with members of the product team.  Your feedback is highly valued.  As compensation for your time and participation in this study, you will be offered free Microsoft software.  If you or others at your company would be interested in participating, please send an email to ms_sitev@microsoft.com.  Site visits are scheduled to begin in mid-April.

Ideal candidates are IT generalists currently using either System Center Essentials 2007 or System Center Workgroup in their organization and are located in the continental United States.
