New KB: Unable to obtain elevated user rights in management servers and in agents in Essentials 2007 environments
You are running the management server role and the agent components on Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 computers in a Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007 environment.
Enable the User Account Control feature on these computers.
You are unable to obtain elevated user rights for workflows that need these rights. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Operations Manager event log:
