When the licensed server count is exceeded in Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007, other servers discovered are automatically changed to the Agent License Limit Exceeded state. However, even after you add more server licenses, you cannot approve the existing pending actions for the servers that previously exceeded the license count.

Additionally, after you apply this hotfix, you must reject the pending actions for the servers that were discovered after the license count was exceeded. Then, use the Computer and Device Discovery Wizard to rediscover these servers,
