To sum it all up for me -- it was another great year at MMS! There was lots of great content, great discussions, and great networking.
What did I like the most? Definitely the people. There are so many people I've met over the years through myITforum, and the SMS list - it's really great to have the opportunity to put a face to a name, shake hands, and share a cool beverage.
What did I like the least? NOT meeting everyone that I hoped to meet. I met a lot of people, but there are several that our paths didn't cross - I hope to meet you next year.
A big THANK YOU to the guys over at SMS Expert for hosting the myITforum party Sunday night! That was a great idea - I think I met more people that night than the remainder of the week. A big THANK YOU to Dave Jaffe for introducing me to so many people too! I hope you guys have another party next year on Sunday night - be sure to announce it early enough so that people can make their travel arrangements around that (if possible).
There were also lots of great sessions and labs too! Just as I tell every new SMS admin that has never been to MMS - You'll get more training for your money at MMS than you will for any week-long instructor-led course for any SMS/Systems Center product!
It was also great to give away a few of our books at MMS - in total, Warren and I gave away 20 copies SMS 2003 Recipes! To those of you that won - I hope you're using it for more than just a bedtime story to your wife and kids!
I can't wait to meet more of you next year!
