If so, take a look at this blog post.
Basically, Windows PowerShell is released as an update to Windows, so dinstalling Windows Server 2003 SP2 will remove the uninstaller for the PowerShell update.
From the blog post, it doesn't appear that this will be an issue unless you want to UNINSTALL PowerShell from your server. You should be able to UPGRADE to future revisons of PowerShell without uninstalling.
Does this same process apply to XP and Vista? I'll find out and let you know!
