Well you have a parental code set on your XBOX 360 and you cannot remmeber for the life of you how to reset it, due to forgetting your code or security question. Sure you could request a reset email but what if you cannot access the email account you had when you set that all up?

 Well never fear the answer is right here:

1. Power up your XBOX 360
2. Press the XBOX 360 button on the center of your controller
3. Press the 'Y' button to enter console mode
4. Using the 'Left' stick navigate to the System Selection
5. Select and choose the System Information option
6. Now on your controller enter the following sequence:
7. Left Trigger, Right Trigger, Left Button, Right Button, X Button, Up (Directional Pad), X Button, Right (Directional Pad)
8. This will reset your XBOX 360 to original manufacture defualts removing any parental key code you may have locking you out.
