A GUI commandline builder for 1E's NightWatchman product

I was doing some testing on 1E's NightWatchman product and found it difficult to remember all the command line options it accepts.  So, I ended up playing around in Visual Studio for a while and created a GUI app that allows me to hunt and peck at the options using my mouse, and the app will build an appropriate commandline for me.  There are a few scenarios that I didn't include in the tool, such as option precedence, but I can do a little more work if anyone starts to use this and wants a few enhancements made.
