Sometimes you may find that when your fat fingers get in the way or you are attempting to type and do not know how to type the keyboard can become a nightmare to use. I have been accused of both of those as well as accused of trying to use the keyboard with boxing gloves on (Thanks Rufus R.) however I do get by. I also know enough to use the internet or the Help menu and local help documentation when my fat fingers push the wrong key combination and my Microsoft Office applications get possessed.
The paterfamilias has the same problems as I do however he only knows that when he has a computer related problem to call his #1 Son who as luck would have it (As I am sure most of you can relate to) is me. Two times now he has called me to walk him through removing music notations (Paragraph Marks) from his word documents and I decided to document the process for the benefit of others.

1. From the “Tools” menu select “Options”.
2. Select the “View” Tab.
3. In the "Formatting Marks" leaf uncheck “Paragraph Marks”.
