Just as SMS creates Log files for your SMS servers and clients the SMS Client Health utility also creates log files as you would expect.
The SMS Client Health utility creates two log files the ChServics and the UiConfig log files and places them in the directory folder below:
%SystemDrive%\Program Files\Microsoft SMS Client Health\Logs
The ChService.log file is where you will find information about the service tasks that are being performed by the utility. It includes information such as Database information, Policy information, and Schedule information as well as information about the pulse and ping operations.
The UiConfig.log file is where you will find information about the user interface and it tracks information such as when the user interface was started and when the service was stopped or reset.
