The Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007 is the new replacement for Microsoft FrontPage for MOSS users. It supports ASP.NET 2.0, the Windows Workflow Foundation used for the creation of workflows as well as data reports taken from data sources external to your MOSS 2007 server and it allows XML data to be displayed using XSLT.
Note: If you do not have or use MOSS 2007 you can use the Microsoft Expression Web.
With the SharePoint Designer you can create and setup interactive solutions without the need to write your code from scratch. Not only can you create WebPages but as a site administrator you can control how your users use the information that you have created.
