    What better way to kick off the New Year then presentations from 1E and the OSD Wizards from Dell Chris Minaugh and Mark Haralson in the sunny and hopefully warm city of Austin, Texas

    Charles Joy, Tech Evangelist - Solutions Architecture from Microsoft, will introduce Microsoft’s Opalis product offering. This presentation will include a product overview, customer use case examples, and live demonstration. Open discussion is encouraged as we walk through a series of demonstrations which illustrate the power of Opalis and its integration capabilities to System Center as well as the Datacenter as a whole. The session will finish with a “How To” for creating your own custom solutions and integrations. 

    Travis Wright (twitter) Will present on System Center Service Manager. Travis Wright is a Senior Program Manager on the Microsoft System Center Service Manager product team. The session will start out with a high level overview of Service Manager to introduce everyone to the newest product in the System Center suite.  Following that we’ll dive right into implementation best practices, customizing, and examples of automating IT with the Service Manager platform.  We’ll also take a look at the roadmap of future releases of Service Manager.
