SCCM server trying to get to 169.254.158.173 port 34571
My SCCM SP1 server was trying to get to 169.254.158.173 port 34571. This didnt make much since because 169.254.0.0 is the default subnet for a miss configured DHCP address.

After some help from the guys on the MSSMS/ConfigMgr group we where able to determine that the IBM ServeRaid Manager agent was actually sending out this loopback check. I changed it to 127.0.0.1

Here are the details incase you run across it on a firewall scan.
