Microsoft bulletin RE-RELEASE and RE-APPLY UPDATE MS06-058

Just got this from my TAM.

Microsoft has updated two security bulletins: MS07-010 and MS06-058.  MS06-058 has just been updated on Feb 21 and should be re-applied.

Umm, the bulletin for MS06-058 suggests that update is not effective and that you should deploy MS07-015, yet the MS07-015 bulletin doesn't suggest that there is any updated version?
