Windows Update: Patches are currently available as Optional updates. They will be offered as Critical updates in mid-February.
Note: It does NOT say one way or the other if it will be available via SMS 2003 ITMU.

Be aware that there may be further changes to DST dates in the future based on a formal review by the Department of Energy.
