new ITMU Hotfix

It seems MS has release another hotfix for SMS that has to do with windows installer 3.1 and ITMU utilizing 100% of CPU.

FIX: When you run Windows Update to scan for updates that use Windows Installer, including Office updates, CPU utilization may reach 100 percent for prolonged periods

I don't think this is a new hotfix, but an updated article for the existing known issue with Windows installer, and Windows Update.
