[MS Security Bulletins] "Out-of-Band" Release - 2nd August 2010

Looks like Microsoft are going to do an "out-of-band" for the following patch on Monday:

This is an advance notification of one out-of-band security bulletin that Microsoft is intending to release on August 2, 2010.
