[ConfigMgr 2007] When using Configuration Manager 2007 R2 together with Service Pack 1, the R2 features are not accessible by using the Admin Console

When using Configuration Manager 2007 R2 with Service Pack 1, the R2 features are not accessible via the Admin Console and are not noted as being installed despite a successful R2 installation process.


This occurs when the site in question has a site code of SRS, OSD, or FCS. This is specific to R2 functionality once R2 is installed.
