Trying to give something back to the Community...
According to Computer Weekly it looks like Microsoft are to release a version of Windows 7 WITHOUT a browser in Europe just to keep to the EU bureaucrats happy who’ve got nothing better to do than sit around making daft policies like this and others (like no curly bananas).
I’ll take my Windows 7 WITH IE please and if I don’t like it I’ll install something else (which begs the question if Windows 7 has no browser built-in how can you get on the Internet to download another browser instead? - Doh..!!)
