Just an FYI, but if you haven't seen it yet NiCE has a DB2 Management Pack for OpsMgr 2007 in case you have any DB2 servers you're wanting to monitor. I haven't used this myself but I've heard good things about it. I included the brief overview and link below:
Efficiently monitor distributed IBM DB2 databases on Microsoft Windows from a central console.
The NiCE DB2 Management Pack (NiCE DB2 MP) helps you increase RDBMS availability and performance as well as to lower the overall cost of maintaining your DB2 databases.
It enables you to perform service-oriented management as well as incident management in your DB2 environment, supporting your business critical processes. To ensure always-on availability, the NiCE DB2 MP monitors key operational activities and events such as event logs and processes. In addition, information from important system tables is collected to reflect DB2 activity.
