Trying to give something back to the Community...
I've lost count of the number of times (twice today already), that I've heard something similar to the following:
"I have an SMS-related problem/ issue and I can't seem to find any information relating to it. I can't believe I'm the only person seeing this..!!"
I've experienced this first hand on countless occasions and of course I try to do "my bit" through FAQShop.
I'd be interested to hear if this is your experiences (post a comment here or email me), and I'll of course pass it onto Microsoft (the more weight we have for this argument the more chance we stand of getting something done so get typing..!!).
The other thing to bear in mind is that if every SMS user took literally 5 minutes to document an issue and how they resolved it then sent it to me to publish we'd rapidly build up an awesome knowledge base of "real world" experience that will hopefully save someone else some hair pulling in the future.
Oh and this isn't just related to SMS, the same goes for any Microsoft Systems Management product.
