I was on the phone with Linksys 6 times today, from 4:pm to 1:30 am trying to get them to help me with my wireless router. These people are a bunch of idiots, after hanging up the phone on my 5x's I had to keep calling back and throughout the whole thing I finally figured out how to do the wireless connection myself. I simply did a reboot of my comcast modem. the idoits tryed to tell me it was my computer no it was not. then I called back and got a women who I explained to her as calm as possible that if she did not know what she was doing please do not waste anymore of my time. I asked for the president of the company name, and I then asked for her name she kept me on the phone for about another 1.5 hours with no success, I explained to her I had my wireless connected I just needed to connect my daughter desktop that was not wireless, she at the end tells me it was my daughter computer. I hung up with her and did research on the internet no luck, I went back into my daughter room and took a lucky guess by unplugging the blue ethernet cord and plugging in another cord I had on my own guess what it worked. I called back and did not get through called back again and spoke with another idiot, I told him this was the worst experience I every had with a company in my life and if I was them I would not even admit that I work for this company, he kept saying I am sorry, I am sorry I told him you are right about that YOUR ARE SORRY AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM, THIS WHOLE DAMN COMPANY IS SORRY... </p>
