Ya know, it bothers me when a Judge goes soft on someone. Judge Marsha Pechman only gave him 1 1/2 years, which means he will be out in less than 6 if not less. The kid who did it is only 19, but still an adult and claimed his parents were “neglectful“ and that was one of the reasons he did it. Read the full story..
