Automatically set display resolution
I was looking for an easy way to set the display resolution on multiple machines and i happened to come across this Post from http://systemcenterideas.com/ which was just what i was looking for. Chad put together a nice script that works with Video Resolution Changer by Tony Pombo. I am not going to go into detail on how it works for that you can visit Chad's blog at http://systemcenterideas.com/
I did modify the script slightly so that it one filters out any NULL value so the script doesn't error out as that was a problem in my environment and to add the script path to the files so they can be found when running remotely from a share and also to Disable the XP File Open dialog when running. The attached set of files should be all you need to get up and running and please check out Chad's blog on usage etc…
