I have never seen a more inadequate, unresponsive, unknowledgeable, group of people that at the cost of 110k couldn't respond to testing questions and the amount of employees at attend to. The tests are 50% at best and would not suggest to anyone….   Read the full post or  leave a comment.

Hyper-V rocks I have a Dell 2950 Quad code 64x server running Core server 08 with Hyper-V. That wasthe easy part. Zune v2

An update for the unhappy Zune owners.... I have now spend a better part of 6 hours on the phone with tier 2 support and here is the end result. I rebooted my computer 19 times. (What a difference that makes) cleared the temp folder 13 times (Still Failed) tried installing the software so many different ways I lost count (ALL FAILED) created a new user profile and tried to install it there (IT FAILED) gutted the registry.. Cluster MP setup

Each physical node has to have “Agent Proxy” enabled (in the administration tab -> Agent managed)In case this was not set, restart the agent on each cluster node. The discovery reruns. Check now that each virtual node comes in under “agentless” managed. (in the discovered inventory it will show as “not monitored” which is ok)Now check under Windows Server (state view).
