The Connect site has now been updated with a new version of Windows Vista Service Lifecycle Managment (SLM), including 3 new chapters covering Infrastructure, Release, and Partner roles, as well as numerous new exhibits, examples, and customizable job-aids. We have also added content to the existing sections on Service Management, Security, and Operations.
Check it out they have added several chapters.
