VirusScan Enterprise 8.8 Hotfix 660014 Released

The hotfix resolves the following issues:

• A memory leak can occur with MFEVTPS.exe and Microsoft .NET runtime support library

• Malicious software can change NTFS folder permissions on McAfee folders to disable the software

• A timing issue can lead to kernel thread stack exhaustion when filtering network I/O

• Error 1920 starting McShield, if installing VSE to a system where Windows was installed to a subfolder.
