To improve customer satisfaction and support for specific product issues the Support section on the 1E website has been updated.

After checking through the most common problems, reported to 1E via customer feedback, it seems that the majority of these could have been resolved by information that was already published – but inaccessible to casual examination. The support section now provides links to troubleshooting guides, improved FAQ and links to evaluation guides. 1E is committed to continually improving our support and maintenance services, so please give us your feedback.
